TERMS & CONDITIONS
To secure your functions at el'rosa, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Unless pre-arranged, all functions require full payment 7 days prior to your event taking place.
If an event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date the amount paid will be retained by el'rosa - this does not include events rescheduled due to wet weather
El’rosa is an outdoor event space and as such we cannot ensure it will be weather proof. While we do have a roof, the space can still be affected by wet weather. In the event of wet weather, you may opt to rescheduled to the earliest available date of your choosing.
Please unsure that you check the weather during the week leading up to your event as although we can reschedule your event free of charge we need 48 hours notice if you would like to reschedule as our caterers buy stock in advance. Failure to request for your event to be rescheduled 48 hours before your event commencing will result in retainment of your payment.
Food packages are to be finalised 7 days prior to the event. All details to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Any damages to el’rosa property made by guests is the responsibility of the function organiser and the cost will be charged after the conclusion of the event.
All cacti in our space are 100% real and sharp! Guests are advised to NOT touch the cacti as el’rosa will not be held responsible for cactus related injuries.
Failure to vacate the venue on time will incur a $100 late fee for every 30 minutes that pass.
