Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our pots and that they are custom painted we do not accept returns for any reason but being a faulty item.
Arc and Family does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Arc and Family will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by us, for example painted a different colour to what you have requested or an incorrect design.
Please contact us via email with proof of fault with a photograph of your pots. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, for example you have provided the incorrect colour ways or requested the wrong design or size, you will need to purchase a replacement at your own expense.
