EL'ROSA FAQ's

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

El’rosa is serving up shots of caffeinated deliciousness from 10am to 3pm Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday, and 9am to 4pm Sunday.  As el’rosa also operates as an event space, we may have to close early some days to accomodate these events.

Our operating hours for events is from 10am to 6pm Tuesday to Thursday, and from 1pm to 6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. El'rosa can also be booked for photoshoots from 10:30am to 4:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

WHAT IS YOUR CAPACITY?

We have a capacity of approximately 40 people standing.


CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR MY EVENT?

Unfortunately we can’t secure your place without a deposit. We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking, with the rest due the seven days prior to your event.


WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

El’rosa features private bathrooms, WiFi, and speakers with bluetooth capabilities.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

El’rosa is an outdoor event space and as such we cannot ensure it will be weather proof. While we do have a roof, the space can still be affected by wet weather. In the event of wet weather, you may opt to rescheduled to the earliest available date of your choosing.


CAN I USE MY OWN CATERER?

We are partnered with some great local caterers and we do require all catering be provided by them. They are all amazing caterers and we are positive that you’ll be satisfied with what they can offer!


WHEN DO I NEED TO FINALISE NUMBERS FOR CATERING PACKAGES?

We require numbers for catering 7 days prior to your event.
