WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
El’rosa is serving up shots of caffeinated deliciousness 6 days a week from 9am Tuesday to Friday and from 7am on Saturday and Sunday. As el’rosa also operates as an event space, we may have to close early some days to accomodate these events. El’rosa is open for events all day until 6pm.

WHAT IS YOUR CAPACITY?
We have a capacity of approximately 60 pax for cocktail style events and 40 pax for banquet style events
CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR MY EVENT?
Unfortunately we can’t secure your place without a deposit. We require 50% at the time of booking, with the rest due the seven days prior to your event
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
El’rosa features private bathrooms, WiFi, and speakers with bluetooth capabilities.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
As el’rosa is an outdoor event space we can not ensure it will be weather proof. In the event of wet weather your event will be rescheduled to the earliest available date of your choosing.
CAN I USE MY OWN CATERER?
Our caterer is our good friend Sina’s Kitchen and we prefer that she caters our events. If none of our catering packages suit your needs feel free to contact us with your preferred style of food and budget and we will do our best to create a custom catering package to perfectly fit your event!
WHEN DO I NEED TO FINALISE NUMBERS FOR CATERING PACKAGES?
We require numbers for catering 14 days prior to your event.
CAN I BRING TABLES AND CHAIRS FROM OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS?
We have tables available for use which can be viewed on our instagram @elrosabyarcandfamily. El’rosa can offer custom styling for your events, please contact us with what set up you need and we can sort it out for you
